Nice enough vitamin d supplement for children. I've always taken vitamin d myself to counteract the lack of sun, and it makes sense to give it to my children too. It doesn't have a particularly nice taste but also you don't have to give the kids much of it so they don't mind it terribly especially if you tell them it is liquid sun.

I had a fair few samples from the other main brand of vit d that comes with the emma and bounty pregnancy bags. I used them for a while but didn't see a difference. Switched to vitabiotics vit d drops and it definitely is a higher quality and actually does a job.

I have been using vitabiotics for adults for many years now both for myself and my other half, and now using this for my little one. It took him some getting used to, but once I managed to convince him it's good for him, he has been very good at taking it and happy the little one is getting all the vitamins he needs.
