The most important details
⭐ You can claim a reward when you reach 3000 points – you can then exchange your points for a £20 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card.
⭐ It can take around 8 weeks to receive your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card after ordering. If it hasn’t been issued by then, please check your spam folder as it may go there.
⭐ You will complete the program when you’ve earned a total of 15,000 points (up to £100). After this point, you will no longer receive rewards or points with the rewards program.
⭐ There is only 1 account allowed per household. If we believe more than 1 person has joined the program from a family/household, all related accounts will be closed and no rewards will be given out.

How do I sign up to Mumsnet Reviews? Does it cost anything?
You sign up by using your email address and creating a password. It’s completely free to create an account and to take part in the program. You can sign up here.
How do I earn points?
You’ll earn at least 50 points for each eligible product review you leave, and 100 points on products displaying a bonus points badge, and a further 50 points if you upload images on a bonus point listing. Eligible reviews must be at least 50 words, and be detailed and helpful. They must also follow our rules:
- Only review products you’ve owned and tried.
- Don’t copy other people’s reviews, and don’t use ChatGPT or other Ai – all reviews must be written by you, in your own words, based on your experience. Each one must be original (no copying and pasting, even of your own reviews).
- Write a headline that fits the review that will help others know at a glance what you experienced.
If we deem your review to be low quality, lacking in details, or we believe you haven’t actually owned and tried the product, your review will not be published and you will not earn any points. Read our full rules and tips here.
What should I put in the reviews and my photos?
All reviews must be completely original. You can find tips on what to include in your reviews here.
Can my partner start an account to review too?
No, only one account is allowed per household/family. If we believe that there are two accounts operating from one home/family, both will be closed and any gift cards that have been ordered won’t be processed. No negotiation will be entered into.
Points
How can I check how many points I have?
Log into your account and visit your profile page here to see your points balance.
When will my review be published, and when will I get my points?
It can take around 48 hours for our moderators to check and publish your review, and to have your points added to your account.
Will my points expire if I don’t use them?
No, your points will not expire.

What are the rewards?
You can redeem your points for rewards when you reach 3000 points. They can then be swapped for a £20 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card.
How do I claim a reward?
When you’ve reached 3000 points, you can click the ‘redeem’ button on your profile page. Your points will then reset to zero as your gift card order is processed.
When will I get my voucher?
It can take around 8 weeks to receive your gift card after placing your order. It will come via email. Please check your spam folder regularly; if it does go to your spam folder, please drag it into your Primary folder so future emails from us will go to your main folder too.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
Once you’ve earned a total of 15,000 points (or £100, whichever comes first) you’ve completed the review program, but we’d love to keep in contact – you may be asked to take part in a special program for extra rewards.

I’m having trouble with my password – help!
If you can’t remember your password, try the password reset option. You’ll be sent an email with a replacement password. Please check your spam folder for the email as it may end up there.
If that doesn’t work, email us reviews@mumsnet.com and we’ll sort it out.

Terms and conditions of the Mumsnet Reviews program
- Mumsnet Reviews offers all users access to rewards as part of the service.
- Points are awarded at the discretion of Mumsnet Reviews. Points will not be awarded for reviews that have been duplicated, not published, reviewed by a user who is not believed to own/has not used the product, or do not meet the word limits of at least 50 words.
- Bonus points may be awarded for special offers at the discretion of Mumsnet Reviews.
- If reviews are suspected of being fake, we will remove the review from the site or not publish. These reviews will not be eligible for Mumsnet Reveiws rewards points.
- Accounts regarded as fraudulent will not be rewarded with vouchers, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- There is no time limit or expiry on Mumsnet Reviews rewards points.
- Businesses, Mumsnet employees, and Mumsnet contractors, and associates and employees of Tell Me Group are not eligible for the reward program.
