I loved these pads i didnt use straight away i used general ones but once the leakage had reduced i changed to these as they absorbed enough and were alot more comfy and you barely knew they were there . I had to order on boots of amazon as couldnt find in stores

This pads I had not realised are for moderate to low leakage . They felt soft against my chest . But unfortunately For me they where not strong enough or thick enough . So I had to change to another brand . So for anyone with normal flow I would say they might be fine .
