I've been using these for years, they're the best granny panties you can get, in my opinion. The absorbency is great, for heavy periods I sometimes add a pad at night just for extra security. Had an unplanned cesarean and I uses these pants afterwards as they are high enough not to disrupt the stitches.

These were a god sent after my c section. They are so comfy, and the fact they are so high meant they didn't agitate my c section scar. Also, very absorbent and the seams don't rub unpleasantly anywhere unlike some other pants. Very good quality product and the material they're made of is also very nice and pleasant.

These underwear are beyond comfortable they were a god send after me coming out of hospital they made me feel super comfy and they were great for putting a pad in and not having to worry about leaking! With them going over the belly it made the pad feel more comfortable than a normal pair of underwear! I recommend them the only down fall is the price is very expensive for underwear and can become quite expensive
