Definitely helps with leaks, but low absorbency, so not great for heavy periods. A good feel and a long pad, so good for bedtimes- if not a heavy stage of period.

I have endometriosis so have had to use these for the “worst” days as a normal pad isn’t enough (unless you enjoy going to the toilet every 30 mins). They are good for nighttime, however, if you wear them in the day they feel quite uncomfortable. My other issue with this brand is they use more chemicals than more ethical brands so it can be bad for your down below.

Always maxi are fantastic for those heavy days, and the weeks after the lochia has lightened. I know I can trust these at night to not leak everywhere. I like how thick they are, they provide a really good level of comfort. I have used for many years and have no complaints.
