We brought one of these changing mats to go with our cloth nappies and changing bag from bambino. They are very pretty designs, but for the price I wouldn’t buy again. They are absorbent so if the baby does a wee while being changed it absorbs the urine, however given that I have a boy this is a useless feature as if he does a wee it usually misses the mat anyway. We brought a standard travel changing mat from Poundland and find ourselves using that mostly.

I love the bambino mio nappies and their patterns so they were an obvious choice when I saw they had changing mats too. I was however very disappointed in this mat due to its non wipeable changing surface! I just don't understand why a changing mat would be designed in this way as it's of course going to get messy fast. The only reason it's not 1 star is the size and pattern are lovely but the changing surface itself has unfortunately pushed me to other brands
