I really disliked this cream as I found it really thick, sticky and unpleasant to use and messy. I also found it really didn’t help as a barrier cream or to clean up a rash with my little boy. I much prefer sudocrem as a barrier as it applies a lot smoother and it’s not sticky and metanium ointment for nappy rash.

Works by next nappy change and redness has gone also used on holiday in between fold of skin caused by heat and sweat and worked well

No reactions from baby and not messy like some other creams

Bepanten nappy ointment is a very, very good cream to use on baby's bottom for rashes and to protect from them too. It works wonders on any rash in the nappy area, whether it be a heat one, friction, or nappy. Can use it as protection too, I put it on baby when I go on a long walk and know may not be able to change him straight away.
