Bepanten nappy ointment is a very, very good cream to use on baby's bottom for rashes and to protect from them too. It works wonders on any rash in the nappy area, whether it be a heat one, friction, or nappy. Can use it as protection too, I put it on baby when I go on a long walk and know may not be able to change him straight away.

I would not use anything other than this on my baby’s bottom! It gets rid of nappy rashes within hours! And if you put it on every nappy change, you won’t see a rash! I forgot to bring mine to hospital when she was born so when we got home, she ended up with a rash, soon as I started using this cream it was gone. Bepanthen acts as a barrier, so if you are travelling and don’t get to changes baby’s nappy as regularly as you would, with this cream, their bottoms will be protected. A small amount goes a long way. The best thing is that this is a cream that doesn’t sting… unlike Sudocrem. I couldn’t recommend this enough, it’s brilliant

Great as an every day cream! Goes on well, nice and smooth and absorbed into the skin really well without leaving a trace. Does exactly what it says on the box! Great price and does not dry out the skin like some other brands can do, can’t go wrong with this one
