My kids don't like taking vitamins, but as a spray it works, as they think they are taking a refreshing mouth spray like daddy uses. They like the taste, it fits in a small purse even (my eldest girl carries it around in her purse, because daddy carries a mouth spray in his work case), and gives the amount they need in a single spray. One less thing to worry about.
