I have been vegetarian for over 50 years now and am aware that I am often lacking in some vits and minerals so always take a supplement to insure I am not lacking. I take these because they are a well known and respected brand, aimed at women and are tailored for our particular needs to make sure we get what we need every day of the month. Easy to swallow, available to buy in every supermarket at a realistic price, many places do buy two get one free offers, just gives me peace of mind that I am covered.

I eat a well balanced diet but like to ensure I get all the vitamins and minerals I need. This is a good product, although can be rather expensive compared to other options. I only buy it when it is offer. I would recommend it to a friend - but not exclusively as I feel there are other, more reasonably priced, brands that are just as good.

These vitamins are an essential to me. A quick and easy way to help ensure you are getting the vitamins you may be missing in your diet. I try to eat well but I'm more comfortable knowing that this is my parachute just in case. They aren't too expensive and they are smaller than some of the larger ones on the market.
