We began to wean our little boy at around 5 months and this was one of his absolute favourites. We didn't use it as an alternative to a meal, rather just an addition to get used to different textures. In his first mouthful his face lit up and he still eats chickpeas now. Ella's kitchen products are so easy to get hold of too so there's no worry about not getting the product.
