My husband surprised me for my child's birthday with this carrier as the old one's straps just broke. I love this one as you can position baby facing back or forward and it feels so sturdy and supportive. Also can chuck it in the washing machine should you need to.

I purchased this carrier after reading so many great reviews online but I was quite disappointed in the product. I really love the Ergobaby brand but this product just wasn't for me. My biggest problem was that I found this carrier to be extremely stiff & bub and I just couldn't get comfy. Perhaps this would change after use, but for almost $300 I wasn't prepared to take that risk. I have a shoulder injury and I found the stiffness in the straps also aggravated the injury. I am quite tall at 5'9 and I found the "hip" carrier was more of a waist carrier which also made it more uncomfortable (the straps are adjustable but if I moved it to my hips baby was sitting way too low). I did find the quality of material to be of great quality. I actually returned this item and swapped it for the softer Ergobaby wrap carrier which was much more comfortable for me.
