My child loves Rice Crispies for breakfast. They are a very easy option when we are in a rush for school. They are also fairly low in salt and sugar compared to some other cereals. I also like that they are fortified in vitamins like iron. Personally however I do not find them very filling and often find myself wanting a snack mid morning.

This is another one of our go to cereals in our house hold. It’s a big hit with the children but my partner and I do enjoy a bowl or it every now and again too! My kids enjoy listening to the “snap , crackle and pop” in the cereal too when the milk is added!
