My child loves Rice Crispies for breakfast. They are a very easy option when we are in a rush for school. They are also fairly low in salt and sugar compared to some other cereals. I also like that they are fortified in vitamins like iron. Personally however I do not find them very filling and often find myself wanting a snack mid morning.
