The orchards south of Verona are renowned for producing some of Italy’s finest peaches due to abundant sun and cool winds coming down from Lake Garda. Our peaches are harvested by hand (never by machine) ensuring only the ripest and juiciest peaches are picked.
The soft, mellow flavours of ripe peaches work really well with the more pronounced tart flavours of raspberries – the yin to the yang you could say.
Give this recipe a go if you think your baby is ready for more sophisticated flavours, it tastes as good as it sounds. A source of fibre and Vitamin C.
