This is the number one thing that I reach for the morning after the night before.

Although the orange flavour in my opinion is a bit more palatable, this is great. Quenches thirst and gives you a little boost.

I am a long standing fan of the Lucozade classic. It has a pleasant taste that's not too sweet and the main thing is it gets the job done. It tells you what it is and how it does it, with no hidden nasties or massive crash like some other energy drinks.
It is the one I reach for when I'm ill and still need to do my mum duties or just need a final push in my working day. It is a brand I can trust that has been around since my childhood and would heartily recommend.
