I used lucozade after sport as I fund it helps me to recover quicker with a good source of rehydration. I personally prefer the orange flavour as this one tastes very sweet and a little artificial. However, if the orange flavour isn't available I'd still have thus. The bottle shape is really good and easy to drink from.

Lucozade sport's effect is almost instanteous. perks up him immediately and gives him energy to compete properly. This drink is best served chilled and I sometimes water it down with ice cubes.
