I found these messy to use and really hard to see how much was in each pouch. Potentially expressing wasn't for me but I just found this all too fiddly, leakage and just ickky for what it was worth. When defrosting I found it was dripping everywhere so just not for me.

I rarely pump so was nervous about getting something wrong in the process of decanting the expressed milk, however these bags are very easy to use. Instructions are printed on the bag reminding you to write the date of expressing BEFORE filling the bag. Obvious box for writing this, and line showing where to cut. Bag stands up very stable for ease filling, and for efficient use of space in the fridge/freezer

I got these to try as they are a little smaller than some others and safe to say it worked i can fit them so much better in the freezer . Theu are easy to use and nice a strong so you dont have to worry about one breaking and wasting milk gold
