I previously was unable to express and with this pump I have been able to. It’s not as expensive as the electric ones and is a brand name that is trust with it being used in a hospital. It’s easy to put together, the shape or the handle it comfy and doesn’t give you hand ache when pumping and it is potable. I have found it a bit tricky to clean and it’s a bit annoying that it only fits the medela bottles - some other pumps are a bit more universal or allow you just to pump direct into the breast milk bag. Overall does what it says on the tin and the let down mini pump bit does work for getting the milk flowing. Great option for something cheaper if you aren’t expressing all the time or doing it to ease engorgment before breastfeeding

I love this breast milk pump! I have tried one other brand and it has absolutely nothing on this one! The fit is easy and comfortable, the suction is great, and it’s super easy to wash and sterilise. I love that it also comes with a lid for the container so that it can be stored easily. The price is also very reasonable.

I brought this pump to start expressing milk to freeze ready for my return to work. This pump I have managed to get milk out, but it caused discomfort for me. I have used it several times but have found that I get better results with a one piece silicon pump instead. This pump is compact and convenient to use when away from home. When washing it comes apart easily to clean, and expressing straight into a bottle as this pump does means you don’t lose any milk from having to transfer between containers. My own personal opinion is that I would choose to stick to a silicon one part pump in future, and have stopped using this particular one, but if you are looking for a manual pump for occasional pumping then this one is reliable.
