I bought this at around 30 weeks of pregnancy in an attempt to alleviate some back/hip pain. It was comfortable and easy to wear, the material was soft and it had good stretch. While it helped a little initially, I didn’t notice much of an impact throughout the day. It did also need readjusting frequently as it would slide down over the top of my bump.

I can say the idea was there, but the execution was not. The fabric is nice and it stretches well, but I did not find it to provide support or help reduce back pain. If anything it was annoying and kept riding up and down and had to constantly re-adjust it. Didn't use it long.

This belly band made my last pregnancy so much easier and reduced my back pains by a ton. The material is very stretchy and super supportive, quick and easy to wash and dry, can use all day and get on with your daily activities with far less pains of the belly weight and your lower back. Worth it totally!!
