I can say the idea was there, but the execution was not. The fabric is nice and it stretches well, but I did not find it to provide support or help reduce back pain. If anything it was annoying and kept riding up and down and had to constantly re-adjust it. Didn't use it long.

This belly band made my last pregnancy so much easier and reduced my back pains by a ton. The material is very stretchy and super supportive, quick and easy to wash and dry, can use all day and get on with your daily activities with far less pains of the belly weight and your lower back. Worth it totally!!

Medela are a good brand, but this support band isn't their best invention. They had the idea, but the execution didnt quite work. It doesnt stay properly in place all day so you have to constantly readjust it, and it isnt too comfortable either. Probably would work better on a shorter lady thats not too far along in her pregnancy.
