I picked this up in my local Morrisons to try and I love that this product is easy to use .just spray lightly on to babies delicate skin and a fine layer is all that is needed to give a barrier that helps to soothe and heal nappy rash and also prevent it from happening . Leaving baby feeling more comfortable and happier at nappy changing time

This product has an easier application than the cream. We found that this worked amazingly well on nappy rash alone, however our little one developed thrush (unrelated to the spray) on top of the rash so essentially the barrier didn't make a difference then. I do like Metanium products, although Sudocreme is just as effective.
