This is a miracle cream. Nappy rash no more!! If you have a rash apply go to bed wake up and it’s gone! Literally just disappears. I’ve never used another since finding this. It’s not greasy or see through it looks like it covers and it can’t be removed by wearing nappies like other known brands. It stays put and does its job

I bought this after yet another round of nappy rash on my 6 month old daughter. She's regulated a little now, but if shes had a few loose poos over a day or 2, she tends to break out in a nappy rash (her brother 21 month old brother on the other hand, ever had a nappy rash once...) As we've just started solids, her poor wee bum started getting a bit red and despite the usual sudocrem during the day and bepanthen at night as a barrier, it was still very red and starting to break. After 2 applications of metanium today if already looks so, so much better. Its very much reduced the redness and irritation, absolutely cracking stuff for nappy rash! As others have said though, it does stain so be mindful of white/light clothing.
