I tried this product when I began to get very sore nipples from breastfeeding my little girl who had a tongue tie. It seemed to do the job but I just preferred Lansinoh as I felt it gave more protection and seemed to help heal my skin quickly. I would recommend to try though.

This nursing cream is nice enough as a cream but I wouldn't say it is a miracle worker for painful nipples. Lanolin worked way better for me, but what I do use this for is for my whole breasts as they get dry itchy skin from hand expressing all the time, so this cream actually really helps in that department.
