I use this pillow spray to help me sleep better at night time as I struggle sleeping so I’m awake a lot while baby sleeps which then gives me headaches due to lack of sleep so I got this to try and get some naps while baby sleeps and it sent me to sleep so quickly I didn’t even know I was tired lol, it’s great stuff it loses 1 star only due to the light lavender scent I can’t stand the smell of lavender

I use this most nights and I love it. I always feel like I have a better sleep when I use it.
My son seems to sleep better too.

I spray it on my pj’s and on pillows.
It smells so nice and calming. It’s not too overpowering either so I don’t get sick of the smell.
