I used to only use this for specific stains, and it is a bit of a faff, having to mix the powder with water, but boy does it work! Now we’ve got white school shirts, a spoonful goes in with each white wash and it avoids the grey grubbiness seeping in.

I always have this on stand by for emergencies in my kitchen cupboard. If something gets a stain, or spillage I can trust this will remove it either in the machine or even steeping in a bowl of hot water in the sink. It does not cause a yellow discolouration either like some stain removers, very effective and essential part of my washing routine

I have been using vanish products for some time. They are very good at getting out stains. Sometimes for a really bad stain you may have to leave the clothing to soak overnight , before washing in the machine.

The product can also be added to your normal wash to help keep clothes white and from going grey.

The product is widely available in shops throughout the uk and is occasionally on promotion . So it is affordable to use
