This tastes utterly foul but it does work well to loosen chest gunk when you have a cold, Covid or flu. Didn’t help much with whooping cough but that is a whole different beast. I always have a bottle in for chesty coughs.

This medicine does work. It helped my cough a lot. Whilst it is non drowsy, nothing seemed to let me sleep because I was coughing so much. However, once I started to take this, I was able to sleep because I wasn’t coughing up phlegm all night, which then meant I wasn’t so tired in the day.
