During my pregnancy I focused on healthy eating and was taking multivitamins and multiminerals created for pregnancy, but i also was taking this spray occasionally as a boost on days when I felt under the weather or over tired. Maybe it was placebo, but I felt it made a difference. It also taste OK, so didn't mind taking it.

This spray is amazing it’s god send! I struggled swallowing tablets and would bring them back up due to morning sickness. But this spray saved my life! It contains all the essentials needed for mother and baby including folic acid and iron which is a must. Can’t go wrong with this spray it’s quick and effective

I struggle with taking tablets so when I had to keep taking pregnancy tablets it was a nightmare as every time I tried swallowing it it just kept coming back up and with having morning sickness I kept throwing them up so I hated having to take them so when I got this recommended to me it was a true god send! Saves you having to take tablets!
