I do like Dove and keep coming back to this bar. It lathers really well and is very gentle and soft. I find it doesn't dry my skin out or cause any irritation, which is great as I have sensitive skin. It also has a lovely scent and lasts for ages.

We all have very dry skin but wanted to move away from body washes a few years ago. This is our go to soap now. It lathers up well so you still get a lovely luxurious feeling but it doesn't dry skin out at all. It's not moisturising, to be clear, but I'm okay with that - as long as my skin comes out of the shower the same level of dryness, or less, I'm happy.

The scent is simple and clean which I love, but if you like your soaps to have a stronger scent, this might not be ideal for you.

It's also excellently priced and can even cope with DS' slightly obsessive washing (if we used body wash he'd get through a bottle in about 10 days!).

I love this soap so much. I've tried other brands when there has been a really good offer on but always regret it. It lathers up really nicely and isn't at all drying on my skin. And I have irritable perimenopausal skin that dries out faster than the Sahara desert.
Bulk buy the multipacks rather than the single bars for the best price.
