This tea is meant to be support for breastmilk, but in all honesty I saw no difference whatsoever. It tastes nice, and when it comes to my baby I would buy anything to make more and better milk, but this wasn't worth it, had better luck with making my own lactation cookies.

I struggled with low milk supply and tried everything including this tea but it didn’t work for me. The increase I had after two weeks was so minimal and hard to say if it was from the tea or the extra pumping but I wasn’t getting much anyway. I didn’t like the smell or taste but the quality is nice and I’m sure if you like herbal tea you should try it but I don’t really think it helps increase milk supply
