I found these a bit big to take- many won’t struggle though. A must have in pregnancy though, so I couldn’t be a wimp about it.

The main downside is the size of the tablets- I had to bite the capsule as I felt scared of choking on it, and even had to split up the main tablet too as it was very big. I kept getting told I could take cheaper alternatives but to be honest, they were identical in price to supermarket ones as they were always on offer. Plus, you can’t put a price on good health.

I really struggled to take these in the early stages of pregnancy. I found them larger than others and I felt sick after taking them almost everytime. This did improve slightly the further along in pregnancy I became but it was never a completely pleasant experience. I do think they are very good nutritionally though so would recommend if you can stomach them.
